Ingredients
500 g chicken pieces (ribs, wings and neck)
400 g gizzard
3 carrots
½ celery
1 parsnip
1 parsley root
1 teaspoon of salt
4 quarts water
20 black pepper grains
2 tablespoons of rice
1 liter sauerkraut juice
2 yolks
200 g of sour cream
lovage leaves (I have used dry leaves)
